Protiviti works in a hybrid   environment   and this role requires that you work in-person in our office several times per week.   What You Can Expect   The Protiviti Global L earning & Development   team   provides exceptional   training   opportunities for our people   beginning with   everyone’s   first day   on the job continuing th roughout their career   at Protiviti .     We focus on innovation   in   learning,   and we   partner   with our business leaders to support our   organization’s   growth and   transformation al   goals.   You will make an impact by embodying   a   key   component   of our mission “ We Deliver ”.   In this   role   you will   collaborate   with various teams to prepare and deliver five-star learning experiences across the globe.   You   will   be responsible for   both planning and executing   logistics   for our Milestone Learning Portfolio ,   which includes programs that are tailored to each career level from Interns to Executive Leadership.   What You   Will Be Doing   Design, plan, and deliver high-impact, memorable learning experiences   for in person and live virtual learning programs;   within budget by managing all pre-event, event, and post-event details seamlessly with program leaders, meeting planners, vendors, participants, facilitators, executive leaders and more .   Lead event planning by   review ing   contracts,   locat ing   offsite venues, negotiat ing   terms, and assess ing   quality to ensure flawless execution of events of learning programs.   Execute l earning event preparation   which   includes creating name tags/tent cards, printing & organizing supplies, updating & emailing program materials,   acting as the   onsite   point-of-contact   for all vendors, and   assisting   with AV needs.    Support   learning centers and offices.   This includes shipping and receiving,   assisting   with   building access ,   arranging the classroom , placing supply orders,   assist ing   with catering needs, and   maintain ing   an   organized & tidy   space .   Monitor and evaluate event performance to   accomplish   learning   objectives   and make recommendations for continuous improvement .   Establish, develop, and   maintain   relationships internally with stakeholders .   Stay up to date on best practices and   new trends   in events   and learning .   This role may have travel expectations up to   40-50 % .   As the Learning & Development team is global, you may occasionally   be required   to work   outside   typical   business   hours to accommodate meetings across multiple time zones.   What Will Help You Be Successful   You   care   about networking with others, thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace change with agility, strive for excellence, and champion Protiviti’s organizational culture   You are tenacious and have a hunger for supporting team members in executing tasks that that meet or exceed the goals and deliver results on tim e   Strong analytical and administrative skills   Collaborate in multi-functional teams in parallel to working on independent projects   Experienced user of Microsoft Office 365, particularly Teams, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint   Enjoy problem solving in an agile environment   Can proactively   anticipate   the needs of others to be a supportive team member   Strong verbal and written communications skills    Your Educational and Professional Qualifications   Bachelor’s degree   5 +   years of event management experience   P revious   experience working in   Learning & Development, HR, or Business Operations   (preferred)   Our Hybrid Workplace   Protiviti operates in a hybrid work environment, meaning all employees are expected to achieve a blend of in-person and remote work. This model creates meaningful experiences for our people and clients while offering a flexible environment. The expected ratio of remote to in-person work will vary by team and other business factors. Local and/or out-of-state travel is   required   based on our project and internal client commitments.   Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job. $73,000.00 - $110,000.00 Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job. 8% The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job. $78,840.00 - $118,800.00 Employees are eligible for medical, dental, and vision coverages, FSA and HSA healthcare accounts, life and accident insurance, adoption and fertility assistance, paid parental leave up to 10 weeks, and short/long term disability. We offer eligible employees a company 401(k) savings and investment plan with an employer match of 50% on the first 6% of your contributions. We
