Rehlko is expanding its activities in the Data Center market in Germany and is looking for a DC Site Technician to support operations at a key customer site in Frankfurt. In this role, you will be part of the on-site technical team, contributing to the reliability and performance of critical equipment. You will work closely with experienced technicians, subcontractors, and the service coordination team to ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.   Main missions As a DC Site Technician, you will support daily technical operations and maintenance activities on site . On-Site Technical Activities Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on diesel generator systems and associated equipment Assist in troubleshooting and fault diagnosis under guidance of senior technicians Support first-level intervention during incidents or equipment failures Ensure tools, spare parts, and work areas are properly prepared and maintained Execution & Support Execute maintenance and repair tasks according to Rehlko procedures and safety standards Support subcontractors during interventions (mechanical, electrical, automation) Follow site procedures including safety rules, permits, and LOTO requirements Participate in testing activities and commissioning support when required Coordination & Communication Report daily activities to the DC Service Coordinator or senior technician Provide clear and accurate service reports and intervention feedback Maintain good communication with on-site teams and customer representatives Escalate technical issues when needed Profile Technical Background Good knowledge of diesel generators, engines, or electrical/mechanical systems Basic understanding of electrical systems and technical drawings Ability to follow troubleshooting procedures and technical instructions Experience 2–5 years of experience in power generation, industrial maintenance, or technical service Experience in critical environments (data centers, hospitals, utilities, etc.) is a plus Soft Skills Hands-on, proactive, and reliable Strong attention to safety and quality Team player with good communication skills Willingness to learn and develop technical competencies Ability to work in a structured and disciplined environment Languages & Tools German: fluent English: basic to intermediate Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital reporting tools About Us Rehlko proudly offers a rich history steeped in creativity and commitment to our associates and communities, along with competitive benefits and compensation. Our Purpose—Creating an energy resilient world for a better future—and Values: Curiosity, Trust, Pace, and Excellence, are important cultural components that shape the way we work and relate to one another.
