Job Posting Title: Orthopedic Technician / Cast Tech Location: Dallas - Hospital Additional Posting Details: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Job Description: Duties/Responsibilities Apply, adjust, and remove casts and splints. Assist Orthopedic Surgeons with patient care in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Enter patient orders, charges, and related information into the electronic medical record and billing systems. Maintain inventory and ensure adequate casting and orthopedic supplies are available. Provide support with fracture care and orthopedic procedures as needed. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities Orthopedic Technologist Certification (OTC); relevant orthopedic experience may be considered in lieu of certification. Experience with orthopedic casting and fracture care. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills.
