Uniphore is one of the largest B2B AI-native companies—decades-proven, built-for-scale and designed for the enterprise. The company drives business outcomes, across multiple industry verticals, and enables the largest global deployments.   Uniphore infuses AI into every part of the enterprise that impacts the customer. We deliver the only multimodal architecture centered on customers that combines Generative AI, Knowledge AI, Emotion AI, workflow automation and a co-pilot to guide you. We understand better than anyone how to capture voice, video and text and how to analyze all types of data.   As AI becomes more powerful, every part of the enterprise that impacts the customer will be disrupted. We believe the future will run on the connective tissue between people, machines and data: all in the service of creating the most human processes and experiences for customers and employees.    Job Description: Uniphore is The Business AI Company — and we are at an inflection point. We have built a world-class platform, assembled a marquee customer base, and secured Series F funding with backing from investors who believe in what comes next. The next chapter is about scale, discipline, and getting this business ready for its next major milestone. That is why this role exists.   Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and   operating   as a trusted partner across the CEO, CFO, and General Counsel, the SVP of Revenue Operations is one of the most consequential hires we are making. This is not a behind-the-scenes operator role. You will be a visible executive leader — presenting to the board, shaping strategic narratives with the ELT, and co-owning the story we tell investors and partners about the health and trajectory of our revenue business.   At the same time, you will be a builder and fixer — someone who can design a rigorous operating system for a global revenue organization and do the   hard work   of making it run. Equal parts strategic and hands-on. Equal   parts   operational and executive.   If you have helped take a technology company public — or built the infrastructure that made it possible — and you know how to translate revenue operations into the language of capital markets, boards, and investor scrutiny, we want to talk.   This role is based at Uniphore's headquarters in Palo Alto, CA, where you will sit alongside our executive team. What You'll Own   GTM Strategy & Operating Cadence   Serve as the CRO's operational counterpart — co-owning global GTM strategy and driving alignment across Sales, Solutions Engineering, SDRs, Specialists, and Customer Success.   Build and own the operating rhythm of the revenue organization: weekly forecasts, monthly business reviews, quarterly planning, and annual operating plans that create accountability and predictability at every level.   Design forecasting models, pipeline frameworks, and executive dashboards that give leadership — including the board — real-time, high-confidence visibility into business performance.   Revenue Planning & Deal Governance   Lead Annual Fiscal Planning end-to-end: territory design, quota setting, financial goal alignment, and market segmentation.   Own sales compensation plan design in partnership with Finance and HR — building structures that motivate the right behaviors and scale with the business.   Lead the Win Desk — the central authority on deal acceleration, pricing governance, discount approvals, and deal terms.   Build and   maintain   playbooks that enable the field to move fast without sacrificing margin, compliance, or strategic positioning.   IPO Readiness & Executive/Board Partnership   Build the operational infrastructure — metrics, reporting cadences, data governance, controls — that a public company   requires . This means clean, auditable, investor-grade revenue data before it is needed.   Partner with the CFO and GC on financial controls, revenue recognition, and the operational requirements of a public company.   Represent Revenue Operations at board reviews, investor sessions, and executive QBRs — translating operational complexity into clear, credible narratives for sophisticated audiences.   Serve as a strategic thought partner to the ELT on go-to-market investment decisions, capacity planning, and growth strategy.   Revenue Systems & Analytics   Own the revenue technology roadmap — Salesforce,   Terret , Outreach — as an architect driving adoption, integration, and optimization, not just administration.   Build analytical models that surface growth opportunities,   identify   risk, and turn complex data into decisions that the field and leadership can act on.   Team Leadership   Build, develop, and lead a   RevOps   team capable of supporting a global, high-growth organization through the next stage of scale.   Attract and   retain   strong operational talent; be the kind of leader people follow.   What We're Looking For   15+ years in revenue operations, with at least 5 years in a VP or SVP role inside a high-growth B2B SaaS or enterprise AI company.   Demonstrated experience scaling   RevOps   in the $100M–$500M ARR range — you have navigated this territory and know what breaks if you do not build ahead of growth.   Direct experience supporting an IPO or preparing a company for public markets — you understand what investors, auditors, and boards scrutinize, and you have built the systems and narratives to meet that bar.   Deep hands-on   expertise   in Salesforce,   Terret/ Boostup , Clari , and Outreach — as an architect and strategic owner, not a power user.   Strong financial acumen: quota modeling, compensation design, territory optimization, and P&L fluency.   A genuine executive presence — you are as comfortable presenting to a board or engaging with institutional investors as you are running a pipeline review with the field.   Exceptionally collaborative: high EQ, trusted by peers across
