Account Manager

Summary:   The Personal Lines Account Manager is responsible for managing the entire account-service process, marketing clients to various carriers, responding to client inquiries regarding coverage and eligibility, ensuring the accuracy of policies, endorsements, EOIs, and audits, and maintaining organized and accurate account files.     Duties and Responsibilities:   Managing a   personal lines   book of   business consisting of   mid-market accounts   to include maintaining organized and accurate account files in the agency management system   Work closely with a sales producer and other team members on all aspects of client service, marketing, and renewals while adhering to HUB’s best practices and standard procedures   Act as a liaison between clients and insurance carriers, you will be responsible for resolving any service issues, as well negotiating with underwriters and troubleshooting claims and billing issues   Understand clients’ insurance objectives and critical analysis are required to compare insurance plans for suitability   E xplore cross-selling opportunities   from existing accounts,   when appropriate.   Qualifications:    One or more   years of   customer   service   or   account management experience, preferably in the insurance industry    Strong verbal   and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with   clients, underwriters, and colleagues .   Computer proficient with Microsoft Office Suite   and   Outlook .  Familiarity with Adobe, DocuSign, and AI tools   helpful.   Must ha ve   Texas General Lines   Property & Casualty   l icense   or obtain the license within   60 days of employment.  Must maintain license throughout employment.   Department Accounting & Finance Required Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience Required Travel: No Travel Required Required Education: High school or equivalent HUB International Limited is an equal opportunity employer that does not discriminate on the basis of race/ethnicity, national origin, religion, age, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or veteran's status, or any other characteristic protected by local, state or federal laws, rules or regulations.
