Job Responsibilities: Hauptaufgaben Formulierung und Umsetzung von Vertriebszielen für den jeweiligen Kundenkreis (OEM/Tier 1) Mitarbeit an der strategischen Vertriebsplanung Akquisition von Neuprojekten und -aufträgen in einem globalen Umfeld Eingabe, Pflege und regelmäßige Aktualisierung der Projekte in der Sales-Datenbank Verhandlung und Umsetzung von Preisanpassungen für das Seriengeschäft und Neuprojekte aufgrund technischer Änderungen, veränderter Vertragsgrundlagen sowie Veränderung der Lohn- und Materialpreisbasis Erstellung und laufende Aktualisierung des Teilekostenlebenslaufs Mitwirkung in auftragsspezifischen Projektteams Umsetzung der im RASIC-Chart festgelegten Aufgabenpunkte im Vertrieb sowie Pflege dieser Punkte im Projektmanagementsystem Vorbereitung und Durchführung von vertriebsorientierten Präsentationen Erstellung von Kundenkalkulationen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem zuständigen Profit-Center Vertragsprüfung von Kundenaufträgen Betreuung des Serienproduktionsauslaufs inkl. Preisverhandlungen im Aftermarket Ermittlung der Kundenzufriedenheit Schlüsselqualifikationen / Zentrale Anforderungen Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes kaufmännisch-technisches Studium (Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Kunststofftechnik o. ä.) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position im Vertriebs-/Projektbereich (bevorzugt Automobil Branche) Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Zeitliche Flexibilität und Reisebereitschaft Awareness, Unity, Empowerment: At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
