Account Supervisor, Client Leadership - Temporary Worker

Job Description: This is a temporary position. Employees must be based in the United States and this is a W2 only position. We are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic Account Supervisor to lead our internal client teams and forge client relationships across all lines of business.   This role will support   businesses   w ith a   focus on   social media and in tegrated   marketing campaigns . You will be an integral part of client relationship building, creative and   campaign development, and overall day-to-day management, while motivating a cross-functional team .    We are looking for a proactive, energetic person who develops   a healthy , trustwo rthy te am and client   bonds . Someone who thrives in a lively environment, loves learning, prioritizes clear and thorough communications, and wears their passion for their team and their   clients   on their   sleeve .   Assumes responsibility for most day-to-day client contact and cross-functional team operations.   Proactively   identifies   potential risks and   recommends  solutions to drive successful outcomes.   Oversees cross-department involvement   and knows when to   leverage   necessary resources.   Leads   client communications, sets expectations, and manages   quality   of   deliverables   to   deadline .   Oversees client budget management, the billing process .     Owns status meetings,   facilitates   media trafficking, Manages the budget trackers and business affairs usage, builds project   timelines   and   assists   with recaps,   scheduling   IRs   and client reviews     Assists   team leads in all   facets   necessary.   Qualifications:   Motivates cross-functional teamwork towards elevating the bar and delivering business-based marketing with flawless execution and exceptional client satisfaction.   Responsible for getting the best work/creative out of the team and selling it to the client.   Demonstrates strong presentation skills.   Follows the tenants of Trusted Advisor to the clients.   Exhibits in-depth knowledge of the client’s business     Demonstrates agility in a dynamic, fast-moving environment, quickly adapting to changing priorities and business needs.   Demonstrates a strong passion for   advertising   and a deep understanding of emerging trends, best practices, and evolving landscape s   Act s judiciously when making decisions for the client, the team & direct reports.   Leads   by   example.   Establishes the tone   & culture   of the team.   Anticipates & proactively   addresses   challenges/issues.   Conduct themselves with character & integrity.   Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience    5+ years of experience    Digital experience preferred   The hourly pay range for this position is $75 - $80 per hour. The hourly pay rate for the successful candidate is based on a variety of factors, including relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and other factors permitted by law.  Temporary employees are eligible for paid holidays in accordance with dentsu policy, as well as safe and sick time.
