Job Title – Business Analyst / Consultant – Commodity Trading Management Level: 09 / 08 – Analyst / Consultant (depending on experience) Location: Bangalore Entity: Accenture Strategy – Capability Network Must have skills: Energy Industry exposure in domains like Oil & Gas Production, Refining, or Distribution 4–8 years of relevant experience in Commodity Trading. Consulting or Industry functional experience in one or more ETRM tools Exposure to commodities such as Gasoline, Diesel, Aviation Fuel, Heating Oil, etc. Solid understanding of financial concepts : P&L, Accounting, Taxes, Financial Risk, and Derivatives Knowledge of operational concepts : Production, Planning, Logistics, Storage, Distribution, Operations Risk Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Preferably experienced in Endur (Ops – scheduling, actualization, settlements, accounting, inventory) Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Willingness to travel within and outside the country. Good to have skills: Endur implementation experience Familiarity with SAP modules High-level understanding of Front Office, Mid Office, and Back Office trading operations Exposure to global commodity trading regulations Job Summary: As a Business Analyst / Consultant in Commodity Market Operations, you will support clients in optimizing trading operations, managing risk, and ensuring compliance across the energy value chain. You will work on ETRM implementations, business process transformations, and industry-specific solutions for Oil & Gas, Power, and Utilities clients.
