About the Role As our Activities Supervisor, you’ll be the heartbeat of fun at the resort—planning engaging events, coordinating exciting experiences, and keeping guests smiling all season long. This is a seasonal position running through October, perfect for someone ready to jump into a lively, fast‑paced environment. What You’ll Be Doing Plan, schedule, and lead fun and engaging activities for all guest groups Bring events to life by: Arranging food and beverages Booking entertainers and presenters Managing ticket sales and event logistics Planning and executing a lively entertainment program Secure sponsors to help support and enhance events Review requests and select vendors for seminars and informational programs Create and manage our monthly resort newsletter, Communicate openly and positively with guests, vendors, and resort management Represent the resort with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a can‑do attitude What We’re Looking For A friendly and upbeat individual who genuinely enjoys working with people High school diploma or equivalent 3+ years of experience in event or activity planning preferred Strong organization skills and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Publisher experience is a plus!)
