Contact duration: 12 months Pay rate: 19.25/hr Provide support for key executives within GWIM communications. This includes T&E (expense), scheduling meetings, answering phones, making travel arrangements and some project support.  Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions. Usually relieves management of administrative details; T&E, calendar management, runs reports and enters data into SharePoint site for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time. Depending upon capabilities, the incumbent may be utilized for project work supporting live communications, PR/Media and Web postings.  Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information. Must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment. Advanced administrative and analytical skills.  High school diploma; some college preferred  Minimum of 4 years within an administrative capacity  Able to use good judgment, tact and diplomacy when dealing with others in a fast paced environment  Ability to interact with key business partners, including senior level executives  Advanced proficiency/knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint  Note: This position is supporting an SVP and approximately 4 of his direct reports Requires someone extremely professional that has excellent written and verbal communications skills Need someone to start ASAP  Could potentially be a Temp-Perm position To know more about the position, please contact: Laidiza Gumera 973-774-7804
