Collabera offers a full range of benefits to its employees including paid vacations, holidays, personal days, Medical, Dental and Vision insurance, 401K retirement savings plan, Life Insurance, Disability Insurance. • Performs diverse, advanced and confidential administrative support functions including composing, signing and releasing routine but somewhat complex correspondence.  • Usually relieves management of administrative details; gathers, compiles and reports information relevant to/for department; may manage a number of different and often conflicting objectives, projects or activities at one time.  • The candidate will manage diverse administrative functions for a large group of senior level executives.  • Functions may include: multiple phones, coordination of travel and meetings, processing of expenses, supply and facility order management, participating in Onboarding/Offboarding of employees, ordering technology/help request tickets, creation and editing of presentations, and special projects as needed. • Communicates with executives and line management to gather or convey relevant information.  • May be involved in high-level client contact and exposure to sensitive information, and must use considerable tact, diplomacy and judgment.  • Advanced administrative and analytical skills.  • Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs Job Requirements: • Advanced administrative and analytical skills.  • Thorough knowledge of a variety of software programs • Strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook skills  • Visio skills a plus  • Multi-Tasker, self starter requires minimum supervision  • Ability to proactively look for potential conflicts or issues and resolve  • Strong attention to detail  • Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure  • Ability to obtain information in a timely and efficient manner  • Effective comprehension, listening, verbal and written communication skills  • Ability to navigate in a constantly changing environment and under tight deadlines with high level of accuracy  • Strong relationship skills and ability to work with a variety of constituent groups  • Ability to interface with Senior Executives  • Proficiency in Concur & Ariba systems a plus  • Proficiency in internal technology ordering systems a plus  • Knowledge of ACR system a plus  • Minimum 5 years Administrative Experience in a financial environment preferred.   Extensive Administrative Assistant experience. Banking/Finance experience.
