Employee Recognition & Rewards : A culture that celebrates and rewards your hard work and dedication What You Bring to SBHG: Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Health Care Administration, Public Administration, or a related field, OR Five (5) years of leadership experience in a healthcare or social services setting. Licensure & Compliance: Valid California Driver’s License (Required). How you will make a difference: The Administrator collaborates closely with the Assistant/Senior Regional Administrator to direct overall facility operations, manage the budget, and oversee contract negotiations with vendors. They ensure strict compliance across outpatient and crisis residential programs with all federal, state, and county regulations, while actively participating in agency-wide TQM/CQI initiatives and accreditation standards. Additionally, the Administrator leads workforce oversight—handling recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary actions—and assists in implementing new strategic programs across the region.
