Overview
Owns full-cycle recruiting strategy and execution for hourly and salaried positions while improving workforce pipelines and hiring quality.
Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions
Develop recruiting pipelines and sourcing strategies
Partner with operations leaders on staffing forecasts
Manage applicant tracking and hiring metrics
Coordinate interviews and hiring manager communication
Lead recruiting events and community partnerships
Improve candidate experience and employer branding
Track and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire metrics
Bachelor’s degree preferred
3+ years recruiting experience
Experience recruiting in manufacturing or operations environments preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Experience with ATS platforms (Smart Recruiters) and recruiting analytics
Working Conditions
