Overview
POSITION SUMMARY STATEMENT:
The Pricing Analyst will analyze and develop optimal pricing recommendations, aligned with strategies and financial goals, across all markets in which Herbalife operates. This role will provide on-going quantitative analyses of individual products, country-wide profitability, country and/or regional price increases, discontinued products, and promotional activities.
DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES/DUTIES:
Finalize retail prices with sufficient lead time to ensure smooth launches, taking into account corporate strategy, product cannibalization, competitive frameworks, market-specific ratios, and economics, while ensuring key financial performance standards are met
Perform analyses and projects assigned by supervisor, providing detailed explanations as requested
Maintain standard and non-standard pricing and sales reports within Access database environment
Communicate and review price points and analyses within the department as well as with colleagues from other functional groups and departments
Maintain accurate and effective documentation to support all analyses and to provide a historic rationale when reviews are conducted in the future
Participate in maintenance of Margin Reporting database and ensure information captured and used is accurate and updated. Prepare quarterly sales/margin reports.
Maintain departmental records and archives
Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications
Skills:
Intermediate MS Excel skills
Ability to solve practical problems and carry out responsibilities under general supervision
Ability to understand and manipulate large amounts of data
Team player and able to effectively communicate with sensitivity to cultural diversity
Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves
Strong attention to detail
Experience:
3+ years of analytical experience
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
