Job Details
Our Assistant Nursing Care Coordinator (ANCC) will:
Assist the Director in delegating and coordinating nursing care activities for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional procedures, Endoscopy, and our large interventional Pain Management program.
Mentor, supervise, and evaluate the team to reach their full potential and inspire continual professional growth
Partner with an interdisciplinary team including, but not limited to, attending physicians, registered nurses (RNs), and ancillary staff to optimize patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Advocate for and build meaningful relationships with patients & their families through safety intervention, emotional support and education.
What you’ll bring:
Passion for Procedural Nursing and an interest in growing as a leader in Nursing
2+ Years of RN experience working in a procedural setting required
Prior critical care experience required
Previous leadership experience preferred
Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree required
Licensure: New York Registered Nurse (RN) License & Registration
Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) required, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), & Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required
Posted Salary Range USD $52.00 - USD $66.00 /Hr.
This range serves as a good faith estimate and actual pay will encompass a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience. The salary range or rate listed does not include any bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation that may be applicable to this job and it does not include the value of benefits.
