Application Administrator

The position assists in resolving Tier 3 incidents, performs routine ServiceNow administration tasks, and supports workflow and reporting applications. In this role, the selected candidate will report to the Operations Lead and collaborate closely with developers, data engineers, and the Agile Scrum Master. The ideal candidate will work across three different enclaves or networks in a mission-critical, on-site environment, with the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams and gain hand-on ServiceNow workflow, dashboard, reporting, and analytics experience. Key Responsibilities: Provide Tier 3 Application support to customer workflows, reporting, dashboards, and ServiceNow automation. Install, configure, and maintain application and platform components Monitor application performance, identify issues, and perform troubleshooting ensure system stability. Perform platform updates, patches, and upgrades. Provide technical support to end-users, including resolving access and functional issues. Create and manage role-based user accounts and maintain appropriate access controls. Manage application licenses and support compliance requirement. Support user training and provide guidance on new functionality and best practices.
