Perform corrective actions to restore service for clients subscribing to TRM services.  • Implement changes on production devices. Assist front-line client-supporting staff identifying and resolving complex application and connectivity failures.  • Liaise with regional and global staff to ensure production systems are processing data real-time and that all emergency procedures and service restoration documentation are updated accordingly.  • Responsible for reporting service outages and documenting events and service outages in accordance with established procedures Essential Responsibilities: • Ensuring all service checks, changes, procedures are followed as outlined in service level agreement and internal standard operating procedure.  • Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvements to management.  • Complete daily activities ensuring that the team is meeting quality standards for each position set by management.  • Create/Update incident and change tickets with actions taken by the group.  • Perform other miscellaneous duties as needed.  Required Skills and Experience: • Working knowledge/experience of Solaris/Linux or Microsoft Server Operating Systems  • Working knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office, Internet Protocols, and networking technologies.  • Solid technical, analytical, and problem solving skills with emphasis on both process and technology to solve business problems.  Desired Skills and Experience: • Technical Operations experience a plus. Working knowledge of news and/or financial markets.  • Experience working within an global organization.  • Experience with administrating Windows-based systems in an enterprise environment.  • ITIL working knowledge. Shift work:  • Shift Position: Overnight or Day - (includes weekends and rotation on ad-hoc basis)  Education / Certifications Required:  • Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field highly preferred.
