Department: 12501 Regional Non Enterprise Corporate - Operations Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: M-F Pay Range: $75.40 - $120.65 Major Responsibilities: Set and execute a multi-year strategic roadmap for Hospitality and Support Services that aligns with enterprise clinical, financial, regulatory, and growth priorities. Lead division-wide support services operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable, and efficient service delivery.  Translate enterprise strategies, standards, and programs into executable divisional plans with clear sequencing and sustainment.  Run the divisional operating cadence (KPIs, governance, escalations), driving accountability across a matrix of facility and enterprise partners.  Align stakeholders (clinical, operations, finance, HR, quality, infection prevention, supply chain, IT) to resolve competing priorities and remove barriers—often without direct authority.  Standardize core processes and reduce performance variation across sites while enabling appropriate local customization.  Own divisional performance outcomes (quality, patient/teammate experience, safety, responsiveness, productivity) and lead corrective action when targets are missed.  Partner with Finance to manage budgets, productivity, and resource planning; build business cases and deliver cost improvements without sacrificing quality.  Lead operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives that improve throughput support, turnaround times, and service reliability.  Oversee vendor/service partner performance within the division, coordinating with enterprise contract owners and managing escalations and performance plans.  Ensure regulatory readiness and risk mitigation for support services; coordinate audit responses and remediation across sites.  Develop and coach site leaders through direct and dotted-line influence, strengthening capability, engagement, and succession.  Represent the division in enterprise councils, elevating local needs and ensuring divisional alignment with system direction.  Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required: Certified Public Accountant (CPA) issued by a State Board of Accountancy Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, or related field.     Experience Required: 8+ year’s experience in a large healthcare environment in a management role. Experience leading a large and highly matrixed team  Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: Ability to lead a large team  Strong people management skills    Strong oral and written communication skills and team building skills    Strong  proficiency  in computer word processing,  scheduling  and accounting spreadsheets.   Ability to  lead in  a highly matrixed complex organization.   Expert knowledge in facilities and vendor management  Physical Requirements and Working Conditions: ​ ​ ​ This position requires travel; therefore, it will be exposed to weather and road conditions.  ​ ​    ​ ​ Operates all the equipment necessary to perform the job. ​    ​ ​ Exposed to a normal office environment. ​   Preferred Job Requirements Preferred Education Master’s Degree in related field  This job description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent.
