Major Responsibilities:
Enterprise Strategy & Enablement
Set and continuously refine enterprise direction for care delivery innovation (virtual, digital, and operational care models) by translating external market signals, emerging technologies, and internal performance insights into clear strategic priorities and measurable outcomes aligned to Enterprise targets (growth, access, quality, and experience).
Chair enterprise governance and portfolio prioritization to recommend investment, allocate resources, and make stop/continue/scale decisions; establish stage-gates, standards, and operating rhythms across markets to ensure consistent adoption, outcomes measurement, and benefits realization against Enterprise targets.
Platform Leadership
Own the enterprise care innovation enablement platform strategy and multi-year roadmap (including virtual health capabilities), establishing governance, interoperability standards, and an experience model that enables new care models to scale consistently across markets in support of Enterprise strategy.
Provide executive oversight of the care innovation platform portfolio (e.g., Room of the Future, remote diagnostics, in-home lab, pharmacy delivery, clinical texting, AI-enabled clinical tools, wellness), including vendor/partner strategy, investment decisions, optimization, and lifecycle management to accelerate adoption, reduce friction for care teams, and deliver measurable enterprise value aligned to Enterprise strategy.
Innovation
Lead enterprise innovation clinical care labs, pilots, and accelerators to rapidly test and de-risk new care models and technologies, setting hypotheses, decision criteria, success metrics, and scale thresholds aligned to Enterprise targets.
Direct co-design with clinicians, researchers, academic partners, and patients to ensure solutions are clinically valid and human-centered; drive pilot-to-scale execution (standardization, operational readiness, training/change leadership, and ongoing performance management) to transition successful pilots into enterprise capabilities adopted reliably across markets.
Capability Roadmap & Portfolio Mgmt.
Own the multi-year care innovation and clinical transformation capability roadmap, aligning investment priorities and sequencing to Enterprise strategy and enterprise operating needs.
Lead cross-functional alignment across clinical, operations, digital, and technology leaders to drive coordinated execution, operational readiness, and change management—enabling enterprise adoption and benefits realization aligned to Enterprise strategy.
Establish enterprise measurement and reporting for innovation outcomes (clinical quality, access, experience, capacity, and cost), tracking performance through scale and informing governance decisions to stay on-track to Enterprise targets.
Transformation Talent Pipeline
Define and mature the enterprise transformation talent strategy, including critical roles, competencies, and capability-building plans required to sustain care innovation and clinical transformation at scale.
Build and steward a durable talent pipeline by partnering with clinical and operational leaders to embed transformation skills, ways of working, and ownership across the enterprise.
Designs and directs the work of the assigned area(s) of responsibility. Selects, coaches, and develops teams, setting objectives that align with organizational strategy to inspire and motivate the teams. Manages organizational talent through performance management, succession planning, and development. Designs and directs processes by which team and individual performance are recognized, feedback is consistently delivered, and performance is systematically improved.
Develops and/or recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that people actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations, and laws applicable to the organization's business.

Education Required:
Masters degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., MBA, MHA/MHSA, MPH, MS )
Experience Required:
15+ years progressive experience in healthcare transformation and care delivery innovation , including designing, testing, and scaling new care models and capabilities across virtual, digital, and operational domains.
8+ years leading enterprise-scale innovation portfolios, enabling platforms, or transformation programs from strategy through scaled adoption, including governance, benefits realization, and sustained performance management.
Deep understanding of clinical operations, care delivery model design, and health system complexity, with demonstrated ability to translate enterprise strategy into scalable frontline workflows across multiple markets/regions.
5+ years leading leaders and/or large cross-functional teams, with executive-level influence across clinical, operations, digital, technology, finance, and compliance stakeholders, including through governance forums and change leadership.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Executive presence and ability to influence and align senior clinical, operational, digital, and technology leaders; comfort presenting to enterprise governance forums and translating complex topics into clear decisions and commitments.
