Join our team where we embrace innovative ways of working, prioritize career advancement, and support each other's wellbeing while championing inclusivity and belonging.    What your day-to-day will look like:     Project coordination: Assist the project   team   in   maintaining   all aspects of project development and execution, including budget management, schedule adherence, and quality control.    Stakeholder management: Engage with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.    Project documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes.     Financial management : Monitor project financial performance, track expenses, and   support the maintenance of   accurate   project budget records.    Team support: Provide support to the project team by coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and   assisting   with project-related tasks.    Understanding of   the total project process from project kick-off through close-out in support of the overall project delivery.   Desired   qualifications:     Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, construction management,   and /   or   experience in the general contracting or commercial furniture field.    2-4 years of experience in project management or related roles within   commercial office tenant improvements.    Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.    Proficiency   in project management software and tools.    Experience in   managing small   commercial TI   projects from initiation through completion.    Knowledge of real estate industry best practices and construction processes.    Preferred qualifications:     Familiarity with sustainability and energy-efficiency practices in the built environment.    Ability to travel for project-related meetings and site visits.    Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.    Strong written and verbal communication skills .     This position does not provide visa sponsorship. Candidates must   be authorized to   work in the United States without sponsorship.   Estimated compensation for this position:   90 ,000.00 – 10 5 ,000.00 USD per year   This range is an   estimate   and actual compensation may differ.
