REQUIREMENTS:
Total Experience 4+ years
Strong hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (Retail/Commerce).
Strong experience in D365 Commerce POS development and customization.
Strong expertise in Dynamics 365 Commerce POS (CPOS/MPOS) development.
Experience extending and customizing - Retail Server, Commerce Runtime (CRT), POS Architecture
Strong programming skills in C# for Dynamics 365 Commerce POS customization.
Proficiency in: TypeScript, Knockout.js, JavaScript, Web APIs / WCF Services
Experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs using GET, PUT, and POST methods.
Strong understanding of ASP.NET, .NET MVC, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
Experience with JavaScript frameworks/libraries such as:jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, ReactJS
Knowledge of Azure development, including Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS).
Experience working with SQL Server, including: Stored Procedures, SQL Jobs, SSIS, SSRS
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
Functional understanding of Dynamics 365 Commerce modules and integration with Finance and Operations.
Experience integrating POS solutions with third-party APIs and external systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce certification is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team-oriented environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 Commerce POS (CPOS/MPOS) applications.
Develop and enhance POS extensions, custom modules, and Commerce solutions based on business requirements.
Extend and configure Retail Server, Commerce Runtime (CRT), and POS architecture.
Develop custom functionality using C#, TypeScript, Knockout.js, and JavaScript frameworks.
Design, develop, and maintain integrations between POS systems and third-party applications using APIs and services.
Implement and optimize RESTful APIs to support Commerce and POS operations.
Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable Commerce solutions.
Work closely with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations teams to ensure seamless integration between Commerce and ERP modules.
Participate in development activities including design, coding, testing, debugging, and deployment.
Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Dynamics 365 Commerce, POS, integrations, and customizations.
Analyze system performance and implement improvements to enhance scalability, reliability, and user experience.
Follow coding standards, security best practices, and development guidelines.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, configuration documents, and deployment guides.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver effective technical solutions.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
