Associate Staff Engineer(Rust)

Must have Skills : AI in SDLC - Fundamentals, English,RUST Good To Have Skills : LLM Application Frameworks (Capable), Performance Tuning - General Experience Job Description : Adopt Kotlin or Rust to develop high-performance, stable service components and client-side modules. Undertake end-to-end project delivery work, control development progress, resolve technical risks and online faults to ensure on-time and high-quality project launch. Provide technical support and technical communication for internal and external partners of the AI ecosystem, sort out technical documents and operation specifications. Assist in sorting out technical solutions for customer business scenarios, output technical consultation materials when needed Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related majors; minimum 5 years of professional software development experience. Proficient in at least one of Kotlin or Rust, with practical commercial project development experience; familiar with underlying performance optimization, memory management and concurrent programming logic of the language. Solid basic knowledge of artificial intelligence, including basic concepts of large models, AI inference, vector database, or AI application development logic. Strong end-to-end project delivery capability, able to independently push forward projects from demand confirmation to online stable operation. Must work full-time on-site at the Beijing office throughout the project cycle.
