This is a clinic-based role where you’ll function as an extension of the clinical team within a coordinated, community-focused setting serving senior populations.
If you’re looking for meaningful, mission-driven work with schedule consistency — without the overhead and administrative burden of running your own practice — this opportunity offers flexibility and professional support.
The Setting
This opportunity operates within a community-based outpatient clinic model.

What You’ll Do
• Perform comprehensive audiometric evaluations and hearing assessments • Diagnose and manage hearing-related conditions within your scope of practice • Fit and program hearing aids as appropriate • Provide patient education on hearing health and device use • Collaborate with clinic staff as part of an integrated care team

• Quality over volume • Consistency and predictability • Administrative and logistical support • Long-term clinic partnerships • Ethical, mission-driven healthcare delivery
Qualifications
• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree • Active Indiana dispensing audiology license • Experience treating senior populations preferred • Strong clinical judgment and patient communication skills • Comfortable practicing in outpatient clinic environments
