Dealership: L0254 Honolulu Volkswagen Honolulu Volkswagen Urgently Hiring: Experienced Automotive Service Technicians of All Levels (A-B-C) Pay: $28.00-$55.00 Per Flat Rate Hour Why Join Our Team? Highly productive shop, fully booked 6 days per week Our techs flag 120+ hours on average per pay period Total earnings depend on experience, qualifications and performance What You'll Do Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards. Diagnose cause of malfunction. Complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements. Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work. Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures. Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools. What You'll Bring Prior automotive repair experience, 2+ years ASE and manufacturer certification, desired Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license Total Rewards This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity The average wage range for this position is $28.00-$55.00 per flat rate hours. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
