If   you’re   passionate about delivering exceptional service and love turning challenges into solutions,   you’ll   fit right in!   Key Responsibilities :   In an efficient and productive manner , performs   automotive repairs, adjustments and maintenance procedures as outlined   on   repair order for which technician is trained.   Oil changes, tire replacement and repairs, general maintenance repairs, fluid exchanges, alignments, brake services, and advanced repair and maintenance services, electrical repairs, diagnostic repairs, drivability diagnostics, etc. are expected to be learned and performed.    Work   with, and   train   lower level   technicians.   Drives vehicles into service bay, prepares them   for   and completes digital vehicle inspection.   Test drives vehicles and prepares   vehicle   for delivery to   customer   after necessary repairs and maintenance.     Maintains cleanliness of shop and work areas, performs other   duties   as necessary.   Qualifications :   Required   High school diploma, GED, and/or technical school certification   required .   Valid driver's license   required .   Minimum of 5 years of experience repairing vehicles in a dealership or automotive service center.   Working knowledge of automotive and/or truck systems, tools, technical resources, and training   required   to independently perform a wide range of basic to complex vehicle repairs and maintenance.   Demonstrated ability to   properly and safely use repair equipment and tools while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment .   Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to improved customer service scores.   Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and consistently meet deadlines.   Ability to mentor and train lower-level technicians, supporting their development and overall success.   Preferred   ASE Certifications (A1 – A8) with Master Technician designation or the equivalent combination of technician certifications and ASE certifications.    ASE certification L1-Advanced Engine Performance Specialist is preferred    State inspection certificate, where applicable    AC 609 Certification    Must have  own  tools  appropriate for  their skill level for use in the Center.    Work Environment :    May experience loud noises and odors intermittently in the shop environment.    This position involves standing, walking, and normal physical mobility, including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and carrying automotive parts and equipment (averaging up to approximately 80 pounds in weight)    Must be able to work in the heat, as some locations do not have air conditioning.     Must be able to  maintain  working on your feet in a concrete facility for the entire work shift.    Co mpensation   & Benefits Overview :   ACG   complies with   all applicable state and local laws   regarding   required benefits (including PTO,   paid   sick leave,   etc.) .   C ompensation   A Technician will earn a competitive salary of $65,000 - $140,000+ annually with a potential weekly production bonus.     Benefits   At ACG, we offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits package designed to support your health, financial well-being, and professional growth.   Health & Wellness   Medical plans with multiple coverage options, including HSA eligibility .   Prescription drug coverage .   Dental and vision benefits .   Employee Assistance Program (confidential support services) .   Financial Protection & Insurance   Company-paid basic life insurance .   Optional supplemental life insurance and dependent coverage .   Short-term and long-term disability coverage .   Critical illness, accident, and pet insurance options .   Retirement & Savings   401(k) plan to support long-term financial goals .   3% automatic deferral upon   eligibility;   may contribute 1% to 50% of eligible earnings, either pre or post tax .   Company match of 50% paid on employee contributions up to 6% of pay, payable to employees following the end of the year; immediate vesting .   A dditional   company   contribution of   4% of pay   each pay   day   into   your account; 100% vested after three (3) years of service .   Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) options .   Time Off & Leave   Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrual-based, increases with tenure, eligible at   90 days   of employment.   Full-time new employees will receive up to 12 PTO days annually; accrual based on start date and may include   additional   PTO based on role and/or state & local requirements.    Part-time employee PTO hours are calculated based upon the standard weekly hours the employee is scheduled to work and will   accrue   at a minimum of 3 hours per month.   Paid Holidays:    Full-time employees are eligible for 10 company-paid holidays annually, in addition to 1 mental health day, 2 floating   holidays   and 1 volunteer day.
