Bay Ridge Program Manager

Arundel Lodge is dedicated to supporting individuals in their recovery journey from mental illness, physical illness, and substance abuse. We provide high-quality services rooted in the Recovery Model, which emphasizes hope, empowerment, peer support, and self-determination. We are currently seeking a Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting our mission and fostering a culture of respect, dignity, and recovery for those we serve. This Program Manager position requires someone with a passion to make a change in clients with mental health issues.  Knowledge and experience with the Recovery Model in mental health and substance abuse recovery services. · Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. · Ability to respond to crises and manage stressful situations. · Physical ability to perform office work, visit off-site housing, and assist clients as necessary, including lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs.
