Deliver a premium customer experience. Manage inbound and outbound calls to maximize service opportunities. Build long-term customer relationships through follow-up and support. Partner with the service team to provide a seamless customer experience from appointment scheduling to vehicle completion. What You'll Bring 1+ year previous experience in customer service role. Comfortable handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls. Proficiency using dealership CRM systems. Organize workload and maintain productivity. Demonstrate accuracy, organization, and confidence using computer-based tools. Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence. Total Rewards The Hourly Pay Range for this position is $18.47 - $24.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
