Dealership: L0318 Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Fiat of Albany Job Posting Armory Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Albany Appointment Setter/Call Center (Internet & Phone Sales) The appointment setter (or BDC Admin) uses their selling ability, phone manner and email communications to get clients in the door. Required tasks include handling Inbound and Outbound Calls, with follow-up calls and with a commitment to increase customer service satisfaction with every customer. You will report to the General Sales Manager. This is an on-site position in Albany, NY Essential Duties: Answer all incoming phone calls and schedule a sales appointment. Contact Internet Customers by email, phone, and text to schedule a Sales appointment. Determine with the Sales Department if you kept the appointment and what the outcome was. Exceed monthly goals. Other responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: 3+ years experience with sales or Telemarketing. 3+ years of experience in the following fields: phone sales, business development, customer service, preferable. Professional with all potential clients/customers. Work individually or in a team. Meet goals Computer experience and able to type. Est. Annual Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge/bonus/commission, location.
