BDC Manager

Dealership: L0406 Suburban Honda Suburban Honda Farmington Hills BDC Manager The BDC Manager is responsible for leading all customer acquisition, lead management, customer retention, and Service-to-Sales initiatives. This individual serves as the operational bridge between the BDC, Sales, Service, and dealership leadership while ensuring every customer opportunity is maximized. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for managing   1,200–1,800 leads per month , driving lead conversion, increasing showroom traffic, improving customer retention, and holding the sales team accountable for CRM execution and follow-up. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize 1,200–1,800 monthly sales opportunities. Ensure timely lead response, follow-up, and appointment generation. Monitor salesperson CRM activity, response times, and lead conversion performance. Coach and develop the sales team on phone skills, follow-up, and appointment setting. Partner with Service to drive Service-to-Sales opportunities and customer retention. Track and report key performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend process improvements. Maintain CRM accuracy and ensure dealership process compliance. Communicate effectively with Sales, Service, Finance, and dealership leadership. What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to quickly integrate into a fast-paced, high-performing dealership. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable. Proven ability to coach and develop others using performance metrics. Experience managing high lead volume in an automotive dealership. Proficiency with VinSolutions, CarWars, Foureyes, vAuto, and dealership reporting tools is preferred.
