Damar Services is looking for a talented and motivated Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate with a big heart to join our Outpatient and Behavioral Services team. The Behavioral Health Outpatient Associate is responsible for developing and implementing treatment plans for assigned clients. Degree in social work, psychology, counseling or applicable discipline preferred A minimum of 1 year of social work or counseling experience.  Experience working with children with challenging behaviors, developmental and/or emotional disabilities is desired Must already have an LSW, LMHCA, LMFTA, or LCACA and be “actively seeking” full licensure Actively seeking licensure through collection of 3000 supervision hours, including participation in licensure supervision cohorts through Damar as needed to collect all/remaining supervision hours When actively seeking licensure, must submit application to test for full licensure within 60 days of completion of the required 3000 supervision hours Once the application is received and approved, candidate will have 12 months to take and pass the exam needed to obtain licensure If the candidate fails to obtain the license after a maximum of 3 years from your hire date, you will no longer be eligible for the position LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT preferred Minimum age of 21 per licensure requirements Valid Indiana driver’s license and driving record that meets eligibility requirements of Damar’s insurance carrier (for all positions requiring driving) Be clear of any felony convictions, substantiated charges of neglect or other disqualifying criminal convictions Successfully complete a pre-employment physical Favorably meet and maintain Damar’s background screening #DSClinical
