Willow Valley Communities is seeking a Beverage & Hospitality Manager to lead and oversee our beverage programs across multiple bar locations. This role is responsible for developing innovative beverage offerings, driving operational excellence, leading high-performing teams, and creating memorable experiences for Residents and guests.

Competitive salary
$38.00/hour - $79,040 annually
What You'll Do
As the Beverage & Hospitality Manager, you will oversee all aspects of beverage operations across multiple locations while ensuring outstanding service, profitability, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute creative beverage programs tailored to each venue and clientele
Create innovative cocktail, wine, beer, and specialty beverage menus
Recruit, hire, train, coach, and develop beverage Team Members
Develop training materials and ensure Team Members consistently deliver exceptional service
Establish and maintain beverage quality standards and service excellence
Set operational goals and monitor performance for multiple bar locations
Manage budgets, inventory controls, cash handling procedures, and revenue performance
Build and maintain relationships with vendors, suppliers, and sales representatives
Oversee purchasing, receiving, inventory management, and stock control procedures
Plan and execute promotional activities and special events
Collaborate with Chefs to create wine pairings and beverage experiences for special dinners and events
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws, health regulations, safety standards, and company policies
Resolve Resident and guest concerns promptly and professionally
Maintain attractive, functional, and welcoming bar environments that reflect Willow Valley Communities' high standards
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of bar management and/or beverage operations experience
Strong knowledge of wine, beer, spirits, and beverage trends
Proven leadership experience supervising, coaching, and developing teams
Experience managing budgets, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls
Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and successfully manage multiple locations and priorities
Knowledge of liquor licensing regulations and responsible alcohol service practices
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
Schedule
Full-Time, Salaried Position (40 hours/week)
Primarily Monday–Friday 11:00 AM-7:00 PM
Some weekends & some holidays, based on business needs
