Bilingual Dispatcher (Mandarin/English)

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Bilingual Dispatcher (English/Mandarin) to support our transportation operations in Port Reading, NJ. This on-site role is responsible for coordinating and tracking LTL and FTL shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining clear communication with carriers, drivers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Dispatch and coordinate LTL and FTL shipments from pickup to final delivery Monitor shipment status and proactively follow up on delays, issues, or exceptions Communicate with carriers, drivers, brokers, and customers in both English and Mandarin Post, book, and manage loads using DAT Load Board Verify rate confirmations, delivery details, and documentation accuracy Maintain accurate shipment records and update internal systems in a timely manner Support daily transportation operations and assist with problem resolution as needed Qualifications: Bilingual in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) At least 2 years of experience as a dispatcher or transportation coordinator Hands-on experience with DAT Load Board Solid understanding of LTL and FTL shipping operations Strong communication, organizational, and follow-up skills Ability to work on-site, full-time, in Port Reading, NJ Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with multiple carriers and brokers Familiarity with TMS or logistics management systems Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Work Type : Full-time, on-site Pay : $22 - $27 per hour Benefits : Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance, 401(K), PTO
