Billing Manager - Full-time Location : Brooklyn, NY Pay : $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Job Type : Full-Time JOB DESCRIPTION ; We here at Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services, PLLC are seeking an experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing operations and drive revenue cycle excellence. RESPONSIBILITIES ; Oversee all billing operations including claim submission, denial management, and reconciliation Ensure BCBA credentialing is confirmed on all authorizations before billing is processed Lead the billing team and set individual and team performance targets Report monthly on billing metrics to senior leadership Develop and implement billing policies and quality improvement initiatives SKILLS ; Management experience in a healthcare billing department Experience overseeing end-to-end revenue cycle management Track record of improving clean claim rates and reducing denial percentages Strong leadership and team development skills Proficiency in healthcare billing platforms and reporting tools WHAT SETS YOU APART ?
