What You'll Do Perform routine maintenance and repair services Conduct multi-point inspections and diagnostics Complete brake, suspension, and fluid services Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) Accurately document repairs and services performed Maintain a clean and safe work environment Follow BMW/MINI repair procedures and safety standards Work collaboratively with service advisors and technicians Use shop supplies and materials in a practical and economical manner. Maintain an organized and clean workspace, completing a stall cleaning every day. Document work performed on repair order and document test procedures/results. What You'll Bring 1–3 years of automotive technician experience BMW/MINI experience Automotive technical training or certifications Basic diagnostic Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
