WHAT YOU'LL DO: Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) Oversee and monitor implementation of treatment plans to ensure clinical integrity Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs, BTs, and ABA Paraprofessionals Analyze data regularly to evaluate progress and make informed program adjustments Provide parent training to promote generalization and long-term success And more!
