Body Shop Customer Service Rep

Dealership: L0765 Carbone Body Shop Carbone Collision Now Hiring a Body Shop Customer Service Representative (CSR)! Schedule: Mon-Friday 8 am – 5 pm You will be reporting to the Body Shop Manager. This is an onsite position in Utica, NY. Our Collision Center is looking for a Customer Service Representative, or CSR, who excels at providing an excellent customer experience. Do problem-solving skills come naturally to you? Your target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities : Respectful to customers. Respond promptly to customer inquiries. Communicate with customers through multiple channels. Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints. Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints. Other responsibilities as assigned. Requirements : Stay calm in stressful/emotional situations. Comfortable using computers. Assist customers through chat and email support. 3+ years of experience working with customer support. At least 18 years of age. Valid license in state of residence. Hourly Rate: $16.00-$20.00 Actual pay offered may vary depending on experience, job-related knowledge, and location.
