We are currently hiring Mortgage Branch Manager/VP of Mortgage for multiple branches. Our client is rapidly expanding and are looking for a non-producing branch manager with a team or a producing manager (with or without a team) to expand into the area.Offers competitive compensation and all the tools you need to grow your business and footprint. Mortgage Branch Manager/VP of Mortgage reports directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, working to grow a territory by recruiting mortgage loan originators and processors.  Company provides exceptional pricing and loan revenue, recruiting support, and the ability for VP of Mortgages to build a local operations team, including underwriting and disclosures.  Locations: District of Columbia, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, New Jersey, Virginia, Pennsylvania. # of Openings: 3 Compensation: Base & Draw plus commission Below is a detailed job description. For more details I can be reached on 732-664-8807/ Amrutha.duddula AT stiorg.com   Responsibilities: •             Responsible for the recruitment of loan officers and processors in the territory, working in conjunction with the company’s recruiting resources •             Manage a team of business development officers, loan partners, branch managers, and mortgage loan officers •             Responsible for the pipeline management of the loans in process, including partnering with dedicated underwriting resource, disclosure, and closing team •             Drives community involvement •             Develop relationships with key accounts in the market, including real estate brokerages and home builders •             Conducts strategic territory planning •             Complete training of local staff on technology, product, and process changes •             Compiles and presents business plans on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis  •             Manage a profit and loss statement for the region •             Training for all new hires and current employees ensuring productivity and compliance •             Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor Required Skills: •             Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience •             Experience in strategic planning and execution •             Five (5) years of Sales Management experience •             Five (5) years of Mortgage industry knowledge is required Thank you Amrutha Duddula - Lead Talent Acquisition Software Technology Inc (STI) All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
