About Us
The human brain is the most complex object in the universe, yet society has accepted one-size-fits all approaches to cognition. The "solutions" (think coffee, energy drinks, and even a friend's rx) were mediocre at best and frankly, made no sense to us. So, we created Thesis, the world's first customized nootropics company. If you've never heard that word before, it's just a fancy way of saying brain supplements. In five years, most will be taking nootropics on the daily and chances are, they'll be ours.
With an exceptional efficacy rate, the world has taken notice — we've raised over $13M in venture capital, garnered interest from leading neuroscientists and athletes, and established ourselves as the industry's leading brand. Now, we're looking for incredible people to help us share the gift of enhanced cognitive function with the world. If you're looking to be a part of a movement — one that involves both immense self-growth and an ambitious mission to pioneer an industry — we'd love to have you on the team.
About The Role
This role is for a creator first. We are looking for someone who lives in short-form video and in the ADHD community in equal measure, and who can turn out a high volume of content that feels native to our community, not marketed at it.
You will help drive organic social as our lead creator on camera, concepting and shooting alongside our in-house production team, contributing to our ad creative, and being the face people picture when they think of Thesis and Stasis. That means being visible in two places at once: online in the comments and DMs, and in real life at the meetups, conferences, booths, and pop-ups where our community gathers. Boots on the ground, camera in hand.
How You'll Make an Impact:
Make the Content, and a Lot of It
Concept and shoot a high volume of social-first content, think 15+ pieces per week across TikTok, Reels, and wherever else our audience lives, working with our in-house production team on the heavier lifts.
Be on camera. You are comfortable putting your own face, voice, and point of view into the work, because people follow people.
Concept against our monthly content themes, generating ideas and social capture that ladder into ongoing social series, not scattered one-offs.
Write copy that reads as native to the platform: hooks, captions, carousels, and video concepts with a real feel for tone, pacing, and what makes someone stop.
Feed our growth team ad creative (short-form video and static) they can test and scale.
Follow platform trends, formats, and audio closely enough to act on them while they still matter, then make them feel unmistakably ours.
Grow the Community, Online and In Person
Show up for our brand in real life at meetups, conferences, pop-ups, and community events. You are who people meet when they meet the brand.
Help shape and run community programming, virtual and in person, that turns an audience into a community and a community into advocates.
Run day-to-day community management with a real human voice: engaging in Reddit threads, replying in comments, answering questions, and finding proactive ways to engage with the broader community.
Spark conversations and create the conditions for user-generated content, so the community feels empowered to share their own point of view.
Build genuine relationships with members, advocates, ambassadors, and creators across the ADHD space.
Listen, and Bring It Back
Monitor what the community is saying, feeling, and asking for across platforms.
Turn that sentiment into insights the marketing and product teams can act on. You look past impressions to what the conversations actually mean.
Be the bridge between our customers and our internal teams, carrying the voice of the community into real decisions.
We're Excited About Your:
You make things constantly, and you can show us. Bring a portfolio or a personal social presence that proves you can produce short-form video people actually watch.
You are a self-starter with a point of view. You arrive with ideas, themes, and a plan to shoot, and you do not need a queue of assignments to stay busy.
You are as comfortable on camera as you are in a crowd. Being visible is the part you like.
You know TikTok and Instagram cold, and you are fluent wherever else our community gathers: Reddit, YouTube, Discord, X, Facebook. You understand what each platform rewards.
You are part of the ADHD community, or close enough to understand the lived experience from the inside.
You have run content and community for a brand before, ideally in health, wellness, or DTC.
You handle sensitive, nuanced conversations with empathy, discretion, and judgment.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with the supplement, nootropics, or cognitive wellness space.
Experience planning or hosting community events, activations, or pop-ups.
Comfort shooting and editing on mobile (CapCut, Premiere, Davinci resolve, In platform, or whatever your preference is).
An eye for turning community moments and UGC into brand storytelling.
Why This Role Matters
You are not here to manage channels. You are the face and the connective tissue between our brands and the people we exist to serve. What you make, and what you learn from the community, will shape products, messaging, and strategy. The role will grow as your impact does.

We can’t quantify everything we think you’ll love about working at Thesis, from the exciting projects you’ll work on, to the smart and humble team you’ll get to work with, and our supportive and inclusive culture.
