The role includes gathering and understanding high-level requirements and shaping comprehensive business solutions. Throughout the day, the Business Architect translates complex business needs into technology-driven solutions and operational frameworks. Additionally, the role supports organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and fostering collaboration across various stakeholders. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and communication of business architecture artifacts to support strategic planning and decision-making. - Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technology capabilities to ensure cohesive solution delivery. - Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Business Suite Testing. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify areas for improvement. - Experience in translating business requirements into detailed test scenarios and validation criteria. - Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure comprehensive testing coverage and quality assurance. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams. - Familiarity with business process modeling and documentation techniques.
