The role includes defining comprehensive business solutions and translating organizational needs into technology-driven strategies and operational frameworks. Supporting transformation efforts by crafting detailed business cases and steering the execution of critical initiatives is a key part of daily activities. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress towards strategic goals is also an integral aspect of the role. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure cohesive business architecture alignment. - Drive continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending innovative approaches. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in eCommerce & Digital Marketplaces. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating complex business requirements into scalable technology solutions. - Ability to develop and communicate clear business cases and transformation roadmaps. - Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills to influence diverse teams. - Familiarity with operating model design and implementation within digital commerce environments.
