This role requires gathering and analyzing high-level requirements from various stakeholders and designing comprehensive business solutions that align with strategic goals. The Business Architect plays a crucial role in supporting organizational transformation by preparing detailed business cases and providing guidance throughout the implementation of significant initiatives. Collaboration with multiple teams and continuous assessment of business needs to ensure effective technology integration are key aspects of the daily routine. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business strategies and technology solutions. - Assist in the development and refinement of business models and operating frameworks to support organizational goals. - Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding of requirements. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and identify improvement opportunities. - Experience in translating business requirements into technology-enabled solutions. - Ability to develop comprehensive business cases and support strategic decision-making. - Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders. - Familiarity with business transformation methodologies and change management principles.
