This role provides exposure to DMA’s sales process, client engagement strategies, and service offering s while   supporting business development initiatives.   Essential Duties and Responsibilities   Assist   with outreach to prospective clients via phone and email to support meeting scheduling efforts    Help coordinate and prepare for meetings with prospective clients, including calendar scheduling and materials preparation    Support practice development leaders in executing outreach strategies and tracking engagement activities    Research prospective clients and industries to understand potential business needs Assist   in   identifying   potential opportunities and aligning them with DMA services and solutions    Maintain   accurate   records of outreach activities and update internal systems as directed    Support development of prospective client lists and sales leads through research and data gathering    Assist   in preparing responses to common client questions or objections    Participate in internal meetings to gain understanding of DMA services, business initiatives, and sales processes    Collaborate with marketing and business development teams on projects and initiatives    Help   maintain   organization of documentation, contact lists, and sales tracking tools    Perform other duties as assigned   Education and Qualifications   Currently pursuing a   Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing, Communications, or related field    Interest in sales, business development, or client-facing roles    Strong verbal and written communication skills ,   organizational   skills   and attention to detail    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment    Intermediate   proficiency   with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Teams;   Excel )     Strong listening skills and willingness to learn    Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude   Work Environment & Physical Requirements   Work Schedule:   Part-time ,  29  hours/week   Travel:   None    Physical Activity:     o    Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use   o    Ability to hear, understand, and distinguish speech and sounds   o    Frequent repetitive motions with hands   #LI-AY1 #LI-HYBRID The Company is an equal employment opportunity employer and is committed to providing equal employment opportunities to its applicants and employees.
