Our Events program curates in-person experiences that give members new ways to connect — and we're scaling it fast. The BD Manager, Events Program is an IC role at the heart of that growth. You'll own a multi-market book of business, building and deepening partnerships with local event hosts whose recurring, on-trend events belong on Tinder. You'll use scaled sales strategies and AI tooling to move quickly across markets, secure co-promotion deals, and develop the playbooks that let the program grow without losing quality. This role requires in-office collaboration three times per week in Los Angeles, CA, with approximately 20% travel for market visits, partner meetings, and event activations.
