Responsibilities:
Actively manage a portfolio of clients at multiple levels in their organization to sell value of Global Business Consulting
Collaborate with Account Development to identify opportunities for partnership with GBC and potential engagements
Scope, price, and sell engagements to help to drive revenue and client entrenchment
Create and manage project plans, ensure that project timelines are met and that work is completed within the allotted hours/cost
Lead project teams through formulation of project strategy, analysis of large datasets, development of recommendations, and implementation
Create and deliver compelling presentation of insights and recommendations to clients to drive project forward and demonstrate client value
Act as day-to-day client and GCP Account Development contact
Participate in and/or lead internal initiatives that help to grow our business, expand our service offerings, bring our clients improved insights, and/or drive efficiencies
Operate in and contribute to a team-oriented environment with strong personal accountability, commitment and integrity with respect to all aspects of the role
Strong probing and presentation skills with the ability to diagnose clients needs and propose customized analytical solutions
Structured approach to problem solving and exceptional analytical skills. Minimum of 3-5 years experience in leading client-focused projects and engagements
Outstanding presentation and client-facing acumen from business development through delivery
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and influence internally/externally, and to identify and proactively raise potential problems and recommended solutions
Able to manage and prioritize multiple project assignments while adhering to strict project timelines and budgeted hours
Comfort leading project teams on new assignments/opportunities with ambiguity in approach or outcome
Advanced knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Excel/Access required
Experience in management consulting, knowledge of sourcing, procurement, process, travel management, or Six Sigma, a plus
Bachelors required, MBA preferred.
