Start date of program will be October 5th or October 12th .  WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING Complete immersive rotations across multiple business units  Learn how each area contributes to delivering an exceptional client experience  Partner with leaders on real business initiatives and process improvements  Build relationships with executives, mentors and peers throughout the organization  Develop strong business acumen, leadership skills and operational knowledge  Present ideas, collaborate across teams and solve complex business challenges  Receive ongoing coaching and feedback throughout the program  Transition into a permanent role aligned with your strengths, interests and the needs of the business  WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Have a proven track record of hard work and personal accountability Thrive in fast-paced, ever-changing environments Are naturally curious and love learning new things Communicate effectively and build strong relationships Demonstrate humility, resilience and a team-first mindset Enjoy solving problems and finding better ways to work Are excited to build a long-term career, not simply find their next job Mortgage experience isn’t required.
