Role: Business Interlock Specialist (CL9) Tower: Insurance – Group Pension & Retirement Location: Bangalore Experience: 7+ years (UK Pension domain preferred) Education: Graduate (Any stream) Skills & Requirements: Strong verbal & written communication Good typing skills with attention to detail Stakeholder management & independent working ability Open to flexible shifts Experience in Talent Development – Instructor-Led Training (ILT) What are we looking for? Required Skills & Capabilities Working knowledge of insurance domain processes, including group pension and retirements. Strong understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), training design, and transition-led learning enablement. Proven experience in training delivery, knowledge transfer, and transition support within team-based operating models. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) with ability to collaborate across teams. Adept at managing competing priorities under pressure within defined timelines. Strong interpersonal skills to drive learner engagement and stakeholder coordination. Domain Knowledge Working knowledge of insurance domain processes, including group pension and retirements. Ability to apply domain expertise to training delivery, learner support, and transition enablement activities. Experience & Working Model Hands-on experience in training delivery, knowledge transfer, transition support, or related capability development functions. Effective as an individual contributor while collaborating within a wider team structure. Comfortable operating with moderate supervision and following detailed instructions for new assignments.
