Maintain and update RCSA documentation, control inventories, and risk registers in the GRC system of record
Monitor the risk and control environment for changes driven by new products, processes, or regulatory developments and ensure the RCSA reflects those changes
Support issue management activities, including root cause analysis, remediation tracking, and validation testing
Contribute to the continuous improvement of RCSA program standards, templates, and methodologies
Proactively leverage and look for ways AI can create efficiency to evolve the risk and control environment
Liaise with second line Risk and Compliance and Internal Audit as needed
About You
