In this role, you will be responsible for developing transformation visions, assessing vision feasibility and capability gaps, and planning journey management initiatives. You will translate economic trends into industry competitive advantages and help transform businesses to enable profitable and sustainable growth. What are we looking for? • Trained in Six Sigma and Lean methodologies • Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert in Order to Cash (OTC) processes, with additional expertise in Record to Report (RTR) and Procure to Pay (PTP) processes • Understanding of Hyper automation and GenAI/Agentic technologies • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset; detail-oriented and adaptable • Ability to work well under pressure and build strong client relationships • Demonstrated experience in completing comprehensive projects independently • Adaptable and flexible in dynamic environments • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy • Strong relationship-building skills with clients and colleagues • Self-motivated and able to work with minimal guidance • Experience in SAP and Oracle ERP systems preferred Roles and Responsibilities: • Conduct analysis and solve moderately complex problems, leveraging existing methods and procedures while creating new solutions as needed • Develop transformation visions and assess feasibility and capability gaps • Plan and manage transformation journeys for clients, translating economic trends into actionable industry advantages • Independently complete comprehensive projects, articulating all phases from problem statement to outcome • Understand and align with the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals • Interact primarily with direct supervisors or team leads and collaborate with peers and management within Accenture and at client organizations • Make decisions that impact your team and occasionally other teams • Manage medium-small sized teams and/or work efforts (or act as an individual contributor) at client sites or within Accenture • Work in rotational shifts as required by the role BCom,Any Graduation About Accenture Accenture is a leading global professional services company that helps the world’s leading businesses, governments and other organizations build their digital core, optimize their operations, accelerate revenue growth and enhance citizen services—creating tangible value at speed and scale.
