We are looking for an experienced C++ Software Engineer to join a development team working on a well-established enterprise case management application used by public-sector organizations. You will contribute to the ongoing development and maintenance of a complex software solution, implementing new features, resolving defects, and supporting regular software releases.
This role offers the opportunity to work on a mature, mission-critical application in close collaboration with Product Owners, Quality Assurance, and Release Management.
Develop, enhance, and maintain a large-scale enterprise application using C++.
Implement new functionality and maintain existing features across the application.
Work extensively with Oracle databases and SQL.
Support document generation and data processing components.
Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects.
Contribute to build, deployment, and release activities.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, and Release Management teams.
Work with development tasks and issue tracking using JIRA.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Strong professional experience with C++
Strong knowledge of SQL , ideally Oracle Database
Good German language skills for communication with the development team and stakeholders
Experience developing and maintaining enterprise software applications
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within an Agile team

Gross monthly salary depending on qualifications, experience and salary model starting with € 3.500
