Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. Assist customers with questions, concerns, and general requests. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions. Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience. Follow established procedures and quality standards.
